General Manager: Heather

Heather has been with McDonald’s for 16 years, in fact, McDonald’s was her very first job! She has worked at several of our Kentucky locations and finally found her way back home to Jackson as the GM. Heather loves the diversity in the stores and the opportunites that McDonald’s has to offer. She enjoys spending time with her people, crew and customers – helping them learn new things and watching them grow. The relationships that her crew build with their customers is one of her favorite things about her job! When Heather isn’t at work, you can find her enjoying time with her daughter and family.
