Pay dates are bi-weekly, every other Monday.

Our work weeks run Monday through Sunday. Payroll gets cut on Sunday, with a full week of processing and checks issued by Monday the following week.

*If you are a new hire, your first pay date will depend on your start date. Check with your manager to determine when your first pay date will be.

Your Account

If you have not already created your UKG Account, please do so.

Please log into your new portal account via computer or mobile app using these credentials. When you log in for the first time, the system will prompt you to change your password and walk you through configuring your Virtual Code Authentication settings.

*You will receive this account information in an email once you are hired in the UKG software. The email will go to the email address in McHire that you used to complete onboarding. This will usually occur within a few days of you starting.
