Every role here at McDonalds has a clear roadmap process that we use to help employees learn the information that they need to grow with SFM.
- Crew – You are the face of McDonald’s. You deliver friendly, accurate, fast service.
- Crew Trainer – You train employees on procedures, standards and culture. The new and current employees look to you as an example.
- Crew Chief – You will assist managers in running successful shifts by managing areas.
- Shift Leader – This is your first step into management with McDonald’s.
- Swing Manager – You plan for each shift, monitor performance and ensure McDonald’s standards and targets are met.
- Department Manager – You master work in one, then two, then all three departments! Kitchen, Guest Services, and People!
- General Manager – You lead the entire restaurant – oversee a team of department managers, develop business plans and work with the community to build the brand and the business.
